Toyon Raw Honey

Toyon Raw Honey might be an acquired taste straight up, but it's great for savory dishes or as a meat rub. Pollinated from the palmetto flower, it starts off with flavor notes of earthy vanilla and burnt sugar. Yet they get more chocolatey as the taste goes on. Similar to but not as sweet as our Saw Palmetto Raw Honey.
